We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with contemporary design and superb facilities including a gym and sauna on the top floor. It was conveniently located near the lake and a short walk from the city center, with easy access to transportation and the conference center. The breakfast spread was amazing and the staff were friendly and attentive.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location within the city's harbor area was perfect, making it easy to explore the nearby office buildings and the beautiful Lutakko neighborhood. The service here was impeccable, with room service and laundry available to ensure maximum comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. I especially loved the terrace where I could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The in-room safe provided peace of mind, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The television and am/fm alarm clock added to the convenience, making my stay even more enjoyable.
This venue is highly recommended for families as well, with its spacious rooms and child-friendly amenities.

Great location near transportation. Housekeeping did a great job at keeping everything clean and tidy. The breakfast was beyond expectations with a variety of options and fresh ingredients.
The noise levels in the area were a bit high, making it difficult to sleep at night. , getting to the hotel was a bit confusing due to the lack of clear signage.

Had a good breakfast with a variety of local food, and the fitness room was modern and big. the location was very central and close to the train station and the lake, which made it easy to move around. Enjoyed the warm and cozy atmosphere of the hotel during the Christmas holidays.
The price was quite high, and the room was smaller than expected. the bed felt uncomfortable, and the pillows were too soft.
